1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
  • This includes all floral arrangements, food items (chocolates, nuts, dates), preserved flowers, and customised gift boxes.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Our team will review the case and advise on the next steps.

3. Refunds

  • As a policy, we do not provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.
  • Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of GVM Trading FZ-LLC and will be communicated in writing if approved.
